Privacy language should match real product behavior.

Synapse Tools keeps this page plain and current: what the site does, what Synapse stores locally where possible, and when external providers become involved.

What this site does.

  • synapsetools.co describes products and provides support, privacy, and security information.
  • The public site is kept lightweight and avoids unnecessary tracking unless this page says otherwise.
  • Material changes to the privacy posture should be reflected here.

How core product data is handled.

  • Settings, shortcuts, prompt library data, and workspace state are stored in browser extension storage where possible.
  • Synapse does not require a Synapse-operated backend for core workspace behavior.
  • Connected features communicate with third-party providers only when users configure those flows.

Need a feature-specific clarification?

Email [email protected] and ask what a feature stores, when it calls a provider API, or how a permission maps to product behavior.
